Description 220,000 sf - 8 levels - 6 residential - 2 parking - 110 residential units - 305 beds - 101 parking stalls - dining hall with full kitchen & seating for 175 students Solution Kore-Flex Columns, VT Beams, Shear Walls, Hollowcore Slab with Topping. Overview Recognizing load bearing approaches wouldn't work, the Contractor and Precaster sought DIVERSAKORE as an alternate to cast in place for it's speed and cost efficiency. In addition the Owner was also able to benefit from the inherent LEED capability of the system. The project Achieved a LEED silver rating. |
