Description 120,000 sf mixed use - 2 levels parking - 7500 sf storefront retail - 25 residential units - breathtaking views of the Tennesee river, Appalachian piedmonts and Chattanooga Solution CIP columns, shear walls, VERSA:T: beams, hollowcore salb with topping. Overview When presented with a challenging radiused floor plate and cantilevered balcony design, Dillard construction looked to DK team for a fast to build, cost effective solution.
