Aloft Hotel Vertical Addition


Chris Giganto from Winter Construction said, "This allowed us to put the beams down and pull the shoring members out so you have the whole floor to commence the infrastructure and finishes earlier, and we saved the owner time and money. In fact, he saved 10 percent on the structure using this alternative system."

Overview Seeking a less expensive way to build, Noble Investments and Winter Construction used DIVERSAKORE to build a 10 story hotel addition on top of an existing and operating mixed use retail/parking building. The team was able to reduce the cost by 10% versus cast in place.
