Overview Shelved and ready to be put on permanent hold, DIVERSAKORE helped resurrect this project by reducing the foundation and superstructure cost vs. The original PT slab design. Lightweight nature of DK permitted the application of the Geopiers rammed aggregate foundation system.

Overview Recognizing load bearing approaches wouldn't work, the Contractor and Precaster sought DIVERSAKORE as an alternate to cast in place for it's speed and cost efficiency. In addition the Owner was also able to benefit from the inherent LEED capability of the system. The project Achieved a LEED silver rating.

Overview: When presented with a challenging radiused floor plate and cantilevered balcony design, Dillard construction looked to DK team for a fast to build, cost effective solution. The reduced weigth of the structure enabled conversion from deep piles to Geopier system. The DK solution reduced foundation and superstructure costs by $2.50 / SF vs PT design.

Overview: Hampton Inn was looking to expand their existing hotel with a 4 level addition, including an indoor pool. The indoor pool required 47' spans to accommodate the pool while maintaining floor-floor heights of their existing hotel.
Diversakore provided the long span and low profile capabilities needed to maintain floor heights and produce 47' spans to accomodate the pool. The VERSA:T: beams and Kore Flex columns were specified to support the transfer slabs of a hollowcore and load bearing metal stud wall hotel structure.
